LUIS ECHE-SERRADET AS REY CAREGA:
A mild-manner man who keeps to himself, but if given the chance can be very loose and outgoing. But mostly goes about acting reserved, almost like he's hiding a part of himself, while still managing to be kind, seeking a connection with others
Luis Eche-Serradet is a Cuban-American actor and NYU Tisch School of the Arts graduate, where he earned his BFA in Drama. His training includes the prestigious Stella Adler Studio of Acting and Stonestreet Studios for screen acting. A recipient of multiple talent-based honors, including the Alec Baldwin Scholarship and the Tisch Talent Scholarship, Luis brings depth and dedication to every role he takes on. Driven by a mission to explore and reflect the raw beauty of the human experience, Luis continues to build a body of work grounded in authenticity and storytelling. His recent credits include Batista in the indie neo-noir Twenty-Seven, Victor in Cheers to Us, and Miles in She Kills Monsters at the Stella Adler Studio in downtown Manhattan. Outside of acting, Luis finds balance and inspiration through beach days, paddleboarding, reading mystery novels, photography, and watching soccer with friends.
SEAN TAPIERO AS ORIOL CAREGA
An uplifting and charismatic man who is always very supportive to those around him. He's always there for others when they need him, serving as a strong anchor for friends and family during tough times. Overall a perfect guy to most people
THAYLIN MARIA AS DINAH FLORES
She's an uplifting and free spirit. Often very playful with those she trusts. She has a knack for being very perceptive and insightful of people around her. If she sees a chance to help someone she cares about she'll take it without hesitation
Thaylin Maria (Dinah) is a Venezuelan actress and a graduate of New World School of the Arts. She is overjoyed to be part of The Glass Child. Her expertise is live theater where she performed many roles, including Little Mermaid in The Little Mermaid, Elenita in No Cojas Lucha, various roles in City Theater's Short Cuts Tour, and many more. Thaylin has also portrayed other characters such as June in Marisol, Antoinette in A Flea in Her Ear, and Lydia in Pride and Prejudice. Currently she is making her LPAC debut in South Pacific as Liat.She expresses her deep gratitude to the Glass Child crew and cast for their welcoming energy. As well as her family, friends, and her one true love Lucasito for their constant unwavering support.
QUECA AS ELIZABETH CAREGA
A self centered selfish mother that fails to understand the issues of others, always finding ways to play the victim. Her character can be very argumentative and hostile if she doesn't get her way
Queca Gordillo, a Spanish-born international actress and producer, currently develops her career across the U.S., Spain, and Latin America. As a performing arts actress, she has starred in over 14 theater productions, including La isla bonita, Mom’s Ashes, A Christmas Carol, and The Silent Murder, where she plays a female version of Poirot. Her production La que se va a armar, in which she also acts, has premiered in Miami, New York, Madrid, and Mexico City. In the past six months, she filmed the feature Por la vida and short films including Aquellas Cabareteras (directed by David Chocarro), The Glass Child, and Just Girls. She can also be seen in La mujer de mi vida (Telemundo, Canal9) and in English in Nemesis on Amazon Prime USA. Her short film Panther G won the Audience Award at the Miami Short Film Festival in November 2024. Queca is co-founder of PAFF (Primer Acto Florida Foundation), a U.S. nonprofit that promotes Spanish language arts in South Florida, supported by the Florida Department of State, Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, and Spain’s AECID. She is also a member of the Spanish Academy of Performing Arts. She has lived in four countries and trained in acting in Madrid, Miami, and Toronto. She also studied classical and Spanish dance, as well as music theory, piano, and harmony at the RCSMM. Queca holds a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid and Sunderland University, plus a Master’s in Marketing from NYU. Before fully dedicating herself to the arts, she worked in multinational companies, balancing business with her lifelong passion for performance. She is married and a proud mother of three sons.
OSCAR GARCIA AS JORGE CAREGA
He's a stereotypical Cuban man, burdened by traditional ideas of masculinity to a fault. He's not one to express his emotions and looks down on the idea of doing so. Despite having decent morals, he always believes he's right no matter what
Oscar’s journey into acting and film was an unexpected twist of fate. After a long and successful career in the Financial Services Industry, he retired and found himself searching for a new passion to fill his time. On a whim, he enrolled in an acting school—and quickly discovered not only a deep love for the craft but also a natural talent. What began as a casual interest soon turned into a professional pursuit. Since then, Oscar has built an impressive resume, landing roles in several short films—including a lead—numerous commercials, music videos, and even local micro theater productions.
